    Description
Texte : That's torn it ! Do you realise that since the Socialists came into office in 1945, they have ripped a quarter off the spending value of every £1 is worth only 14s. 9d. You know from painful experience what that means. Shopping is a nightmare. Old-age pensions, war pensions, family allowances - all have reduced in value. A 15s. Savings Certificate bought 6 years ago, is now worth only 13s. 3d., interest included. The remedy is in your own hands on October 25th. Turn out the Socialists, and give the Conservatives a chance to tackle the problem with experience and energy. To restore confidence and trust in the £ both at homme and abroad the conservatives will : - See that as a nation we live within our means. - Expand home production in industry and agriculture to increase the national wealth. - Save the taxpayers millions by cutting out wasteful Government spending ; call a halt to Nationalisation and reduce to a minimum the wasteful State buying of the national food and raw materials. For Wise National Housekeeping. Vote Conservative. GE2.
