    Texte : Socialism doesn't pay... you do ! The rising cost of living is the rising cost of socialism.  Before you vote on october 25th, study this graph carefully. It shows how - year by year - the cost of living has soared by 37 points since the Socialists took charge in 1945. Labour now tries to male out that leaping prices are "all due to Korea and rearmament". That's rubbish. Because of Labour muddle, mismanagement and misrule, the cost of living had rocketed by nearly 30 points before the Korean War started. The remedy is in your own hands. Turn out the Socialists and help the Conservatives to fight the rising cost of living. They will : 1. Restore confidence in the £1 both at home and abroad by a return to sound financial policy. 2. Expand home production in industry and agriculture to increase the national wealth. 3. Cut down wasteful Government spending and so save the taxpayer many millions.
