Texte : Refugees. After the war the millions of refugees and war prisoners were endeavouring to return to their old homes or to find new ones. "The members of the League agree to encourage and promote the establishment and cooperation of organisations having as purposes the improvement of health, the prevention of disease and the mitigation of suffering through the world." Other Problems Treated : Russian Refugees throughout Europe ; Bulgarians in Western Thrace ; Settlement of Armenians in the Caucasus ; Settlement of Bulgarian Refugees in Bulgaria by a League of Nations Loans of 2.250.000£.
